Eric joined EES in 1995 and has been serving as President since 2011. He has over 35 years of experience in the commercial industrial mechanical services industry, project management and environmental comfort and efficiency designs.

Brittany Kozak
Brittany joined EES as Service Coordinator in 2025. Brittany can assist with any of your HVAC service needs. She manages the scheduling, dispatching, and administrative support for HVAC technicians to ensure efficient operations and your customer satisfaction.
Pam Miske
Vice President
Pam joined EES in 1999. She serves as Vice President of Financial Operations as well as oversees all employment issues, payroll and benefits for the company.

AP/AR Specialist
Michelle Howard joined EES in 2007 in our Operations Office. As our AP/AR Specialist, she can answer any of your Account Payable or Receivables questions.

Sales Executive
Caleb joined EES in 2023. He has project-minded, hands-on approach to everything he does—whether it's designing HVAC systems for complex commercial environments, managing ground-up construction, or cultivating long-term client relationships.

Construction Department Supervisor
Nathan joined EES team in 2004, and started as a Service Technician. He gradually moved into Project Management and Construction. He currently serves as the Construction Department Supervisor.
